PROJECTS

Karlgård in Skellefteå, Sweden

Karlgård is Skellefteå's new, riverside accommodation. The project consists of five townhouses with 57 condominiums that together form Södra Karlgård BRF. The project is a gem for people looking for comfortable, modern and healthy living. The apartments were built in 2019 and 2020.

Sankt Ilian in Enköping, Sweden

Sankt Ilian is located in Enköping and is an eight-storey apartment building with 32 apartments. The house is built in a wooden frame system with a characteristic facade in dark sheet metal. The project was completed in 2020 and consists of approximately 2,700 square meters of GLA.

Beauty salon in Stockholm, Sweden

This project involved transforming a 60-square-meter empty office space into a fully functional and aesthetically pleasing beauty salon. The work began with the installation of new flooring, followed by the construction of gypsum walls to create distinct areas for different salon services. Specialized plumbing and electrical work were completed to install and connect the shampoo stations, ensuring they were fully operational.

Eldkvasten, Stockholm

The project consists of three slatted houses that form a U-shaped block that opens up to the lake and creates a sheltered courtyard where the sun can shine in from the south.Under the buildings and the northern part of the farm, there is a parking garage for bicycles, cars and a car pool. In total, there is parking for over three hundred bicycles. The 135 tenements consist of one to four-bedroom units, all of which are equipped with their own washing machine.
The project was completed in 2022 and consists of 8,500 sq m BTA.
